SCHENECTADY, NY – Union College track & field member #Gabe Sturges# earned his third Liberty League Rookie of the Week award on Monday. Sturges shares the award with St. Lawrence's Andy Fisher. 

At the NYSCTC Championships last weekend, Sturges ran a season best 15:40.02 in the 5,000 meter run.

Union will head to Springfield College on May 13 for the ECAC Championships.
