CAPE COD, MA – Union College's junior attacker Kristen Joyce is the 2010 ECAC Division III Upstate Women's Lacrosse Player of the Year. Joyce, the repeat Liberty League Player of the Year, had 80 points on the season with 72 goals, including four gamewinners. Joyce collected 18 ground balls, won 29 draw controls, and caused eight turnovers during the season.  

Earning ECAC first team goalkeeper honors is junior Cat Ruggiero from Union. The junior played in over 1,100 minutes of action, allowing 124 goals for a goals against average of 7.07. She posted a .587 save percentage, faced 403 shots, and earned a 13-4 record. Melissa Hine and Liz Moran were named to the Second Team.
