Received the President's Commission on the status of women award.
Finished first for the Dutchwomen and 20th overall at the 16th Annual James Earley Invitational with a time of 19:40.41...placed 1st for the team and 5th overall at the Mount St. Mary's Invitational with a time of 21:51...led the team at the RPI Invitational coming in 17th place with a time of 19:15...Finished first for the Dutchwomen and 37th overall at the NYSCTC Championships.
The Chemistry and French double-major is in the Scholars Program...She made the Dean's List in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Prior to Union
2008 graduate of Cedar Rapids Washington High School...Member of the National Honor Society and received Academic All-Conference in 2007-08 for both cross-country and track...Was valedictorian of her class...In 2007 was 1st Team All-Metro cross country and 2nd Team All-Conference
