Men’s season ticket prices are $279 for an adult, $199 for a child (3-12 years old), and $199 for Union faculty/staff members. Women’s season ticket prices are $75 for an adult, $50 for a child (3-12 years old) and $50 for Union faculty/staff members. Children two and under are free for all games. A men's season ticket purchase guarantees your seating location both this season and on an annual basis, and comes at a lower price than purchasing single-game tickets for all contests. Other benefits for men's season ticket holders include: access to special events only for season ticket holders, including a preseason event with the men's and women's teams at M&T Bank Center; a personalized ID card used to enter the building for all home games (if purchased before August 17); as well as other perks. Men's season tickets also include a women's hockey season pass (additional $75 value).

While the easiest way to enter the building will be to scan your personalized ID card, all game tickets will be delivered electronically to your email and will be available on your mobile device to be scanned at the rink. This e-ticket can be added to your Apple or Android Wallet and used at the door for each game via your phone. You will also have the option to "download e-ticket", which will produce a PDF that can be printed and brought with you for the duration of the season to be scanned for every game. All games are loaded onto your season ticket so you will not need a new ticket for each game.

Yes absolutely!  All electronic tickets have an option available to transfer to another person.  All you need is the person's phone number and email address, and tickets can be transferred with the tap of a button!

Please note: Once a ticket is transferred to another person, the physical card ticket will no longer work for that game. The end user will be sent a new ticket with a new barcode.

If you are interested in purchasing an accessible seat, please email the ticket office at tickets@union.edu and we will work to find you a location among the accessible seats located on the upper concourse. The M&T Bank Center features a centrally located elevator, as well as wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms. 

A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available in the front lot of the M&T Bank Center. Guests are encouraged to arrange for drop-off at the main entrance whenever possible to ensure easier access.

Union students and band will be seated behind the goal in Section 10, while Union parents will be seated in Section 8. Visiting fans will be located in Section 18 and the visiting band will be in Section 10.

Yes, all ticketed areas have chairback seating. Seats located in Sections 4-6 and 14-16 have a padded seat, armrests and cupholders. 

Single game tickets will go on sale beginning on August 17 on UnionAthletics.com/tickets. 

Single-game men’s hockey tickets are $20 for an adult, $15 for a child (3-12 years old), and $15 for Union faculty/staff members. Select men’s games will reflect premium pricing with an increase of $5 per ticket.

Women’s single-game prices are $10 for an adult, $5 for a child (3-12 years old) and $5 for Union faculty/staff members.

The M&T Bank Center box office will be open one hour before every Union hockey home game. To purchase tickets in person, the Union Ticket Office in Alumni Gymnasium will be available Monday-Friday from 10-2pm.  Please email tickets@union.edu or call 518-388-6020 for more information or to speak with a ticket representative.

For groups of 15+, please reach out to tickets@union.edu for discounted rates. No group rates are available for premium games (Clarkson, Cornell and Ohio State).

The M&T Bank Center is a cashless facility. All ticket booths, concessions and merchandise stands accept debit or credit cards and mobile payments.  

Shuttle service will be provided both to and from all Union College men's and women's hockey games this season, both for members of the Union College community and all fans attending the games.
 

The shuttles will start running approximately 1 hour before each game and will continue to bring fans to the M&T Bank Center until 15 minutes after the scheduled start of the game. Campus shuttle stops will include Reamer Circle and College Park Hall. Return shuttle service will take fans back to campus after the conclusion of games.
 

In addition to shuttle service from the College Park Hall lot on campus, parking on gamedays is also available in the upper-level parking deck and underground parking garage across from the Mohawk Harbor eateries as well as the lot adjacent to Druthers Brewing Company.
