PALM BEACH, FLAlice Miltner scored seven points on four goals and three assists as Tufts defeated Union, 14-6, in a women's lacrosse game.

The loss dropped the Dutchwomen's record to 1-1.

Miltner who scored three consecutive goals in the opening half, helped the Jumbos take an 8-2 advantage at the break.. While Union held Miltner scoreless in the second half, they were unable to contain Erin Doughty, who had three of her four goals in the final 30 minutes. Goaltender Becky Lipson stopped 14 of the 20 shots she faced.

Junior attack woman Molly Flanagan led the Dutchwomen with three goals.
