ONEONTA, N.Y.Brittany Cressman and Cassandra Mariani each scored a goal and two assists to lead Union to a 4-1 victory over Oswego State giving the Dutchwomen the championship of the Hartwick Invitational.  The 2-0 Dutchwomen defeated Clark in the opening-round, 1-0, while the host Hawks defeated Oswego before losing to Clark.

Mariani gave Union a 1-0 lead at 17:18 of the first half as she took a feed from Cressman and put the ball in the lower right corner of the net.  Caitlin Cuozzo connected on a head shot off a Mariani feed at 29:24 for what proved to be the game-winning tally.  Cressman's second assist provided Brianne Sosa with her first tally at 62:49 before Cressman scored off a crossing pass from Mariani to give the Dutchwomen a 4-0 advantage at 67:34.

Oswego avoided the shutout when Maureen Kasperek scored on a breakaway at 74:54.

Union finished with a 10-1 shot advantage and did not have a goaltender save.
