Vassar vs. Hartwick
Vassar defeated Hartwick in three straight, 30-18, 32-30, and 30-18. For Vassar Alia Al-Khatib (Port Charlotte, FL/Choate Rosemary) had 17 kills, three blocks, and a .560 hitting percentage. Teammate Anita Stavin (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa) recorded 13 digs and 10 kills while Cat Foley (Clifton Park, NY/Shenendehowa) had seven kills, four blocks, and a .500 hitting percentage. Sophomore Abby Cummings (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) had 14 digs and nine kills for Hartwick while Erica Henderson (Rosendale, NY/Rondout Valley) had 21 assists and two kills.  

Russell Sage vs. Utica
Russell Sage defeated Utica in four games, 27-30, 30-24, 30-28, and 30-22. Caitlin Ostrowski (Hudson, MA/Hudson) had 20 digs and 18 kills for the Gators in the win. Elizabeth St. Dennis (Ontario, NY/Wayne Central) pitched in with 12 kills and seven blocks. Shannon Young (Utica, NY/Thomas R. Proctor) had 35 digs and Kaitlin Olmstead (Elmira, NY/Horseheads) had 50 assists.

Oswego vs. Hartwick
Oswego defeated Harwick 30-22, 30-18, and 30-17. Oswego's Shannon Hennigan (Eden, NY/Eden) recorded 34 assists, five digs, four aces, and four kills. Breanne Scholla (Oswego, NY/Oswego) had 11 kills, seven digs, and one ace. Junior Shara Dowd (Hannibal, NY/Hannibal) had 11 kills and two blocks. Sophomore Abby Cummings (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) had 13 digs and eight kills for the Hawks while Erica Henderson (Rosendale, NY/Rondout Valley) had 20 assists, five digs, and two kills.

Skidmore vs. Utica
Skidmore swept Utica in three straight games 30-16, 30-18, and 30-16. Junior Darryl Manzer (Camden, NY/Camden) paced Skidmore to the win with 16 kills, three blocks, and a .556 hitting percentage. Libero Becky Herman (Staten Island, NY/Brooklyn Friends) had 19 digs and setter Laura Olstad (Palo Alto, CA/Palo Alto) recorded 28 assists and seven digs.

Union vs. Vassar
Vassar defeated Union in three straight, 30-17, 30-22, and 30-26. Junior Kim Goldstein (Bayside, NY/Benjamin N. Cardozo) had 15 kills and recorded a .833 hitting percentage in the win. Sophomore Julia Fiore (Durham, NC/Durham School of the Arts) did her part with 16 digs and four aces. Union's Suzy Barbaritz (Clarence, NY/Clarence) had 25 assists.

Potsdam vs. Russell Sage
Russell Sage defeated Potsdam 30-24, 30-27, 26-30, 21-31, and 17-15. For Russell Sage sophomore Shannon Young (Utica, NY/Thomas R. Proctor) had 31 digs. Freshman, setter Kaitlin Olmstead (Elmira, NY/Horseheads) put up 38 assists and four aces while Caitlin Ostrowski (Hudson, MA/Hudson) had 17 kills and 17 digs.

Union vs. Utica (4^th Pool A vs. 4^th Pool B)
Union defeated Utica 30-21, 29-31, 30-21, and 30-20 in the seventh place game. Suzy Barbaritz (Clarence, NY/Clarence) led the Dutchwomen to the win with 36 assists.

Hartwick vs. Potsdam (3^rd Pool A vs. 3^rd Pool B)
Potsdam swept Hartwick 30-28, 30-18, and 30-19 in the bid for fifth place. For Hartwick, Abby Cummings (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) had nine kills and seven digs. Junior Erica Henderson (Rosendale, NY/Rondout Valley) recorded 19 assists, five digs, and two block attempts. Sophomore Melissa Small (Ossining, NY/Ossining) had five kills.

Oswego vs. Russell Sage (2^nd Pool A vs. 2^nd Pool B)
Russell Sage swept Oswego 30-16, 30-18, and 30-25 for third place. Sophomore Breanne Scholla (Oswego, NY/Oswego) had 13 kills and six digs to help the Gators to a third place finish. Freshman Shannon Hennigan (Eden, NY/Eden) also contributed with 29 assists, seven kills, and six digs while junior Shara Dowd (Hannibal, NY/Hannibal) recorded nine kills, three digs, and one block.

Vassar vs. Skidmore (1^st Pool A vs. 1^st Pool B)
Skidmore captured first place in the Union Invitational with a three-game sweep of Skidmore, 30-26, 30-28, and 30-18.
