CLINTON, NY – Sophomore outside hitter Julie LaSpina (Roslyn Heights,NY/Roslyn) recorded 12 kills and five digs, and freshman setter Lauren Lesce (Rochester, NY/Pittsford-Sutherland) dished out 30 assists and added eight digs to leads Union to a three-game volleyball sweep over Clarkson at Hamilton.

Sophomore Kaitlyn Evans (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) recorded 10 digs in the victory, Union's sixth of the season. LaSpina hit .344 for the match and middle hitter Mary Volcko (Skaneateles, NY/Skaneateles) joined LaSpina with a team high 12 kills and had an impressive attack percentage of .357.

Danna DiBlasio (Schenectady, NY/Schalmont) led the Dutchwomen with 11 kills.
