UTICA, NY – Behind two goals by junior midfielder
Allison Cuozzo (Norfolk, MA) the Dutchwomen's soccer team (8-1-1) extended its unbeaten streak to six games with a 4-1 victory at Utica (3-4-1) on Wednesday. Cuozzo tallied the games third and fourth markers and now has a team-high five goals and 11 points.
After falling behind in the first half, 1-0, Union rallied for four unanswered goals in the second half. Senior defender Sarah Wilson (Wilbraham, MA) tied the game at 71:37 when she found a rebound in the box and fired into the center of the net. The goal was her third of the season.
As time ticked into the final 10 minutes of regulation, Cuozzo found pay dirt for the goal-ahead goal at 80:47. Senior midfielder
Chelsea Hargis (East Lyme, CT) developed the play by sending a through ball to Cuozzo. The assist was her team-leading fifth of the season.

Union held a 9-0 advantage in corner kicks and a 28-7 advantage in shots.
The Dutchwomen travel to Williams on Sunday, Oct. 5 for a noon match.
