St. Lawrence's Jennifer Stetson netted the games only goal at 19:17, leading her team to victory against the Union College field hockey team at College Park on Saturday afternoon. The loss for the Dutchwomen moves their record to 5-6 overall and 2-3 in the Liberty League, while the Saints improve to 8-2 on the season and 4-1 in the conference.

Junior goalkeeper Sarah Rios made five saves in goal for the Dutchwomen with three in the first and two in the second.

Union's offensive was led by senior Molly Osborn and freshman Lauren Winchell, who each had three shots. St. Lawrence's Emilie Lannamann stood tall between the pipes, making nine saves.

Steston's goal -- here fourth of the season -- was set up by Emily Riley, who found Steston to the left of the goal.

The Dutchwomen return to action on Tuesday, Oct. 13 for a 4 p.m. contest against Hartwick at Frank Bailey Field.
