Despite losing the groundball battle, 27-31, Union held a 32-23 advantage in shorts on goal, producing one 1-of-6 man-up opportunities. Whittier was 1-of-3 with an extra man.
The Dutchmen will face Stanford's club team on Wednesday, Mar. 25 at 4 p.m. (EST).
