POUGHKEEPSIE, NY—The Union College volleyball team extended their overall record to 20-4 as they went 2-0 in conference play on Friday afternoon defeating Skidmore 3-0 (25-23, 25-12, 25-14) and RIT 3-2 (25-16, 23-25, 29-27, 20-25, 15-13).
Against Skidmore,
Rachel Wyman had 14 kills, while Emma Spotbery and
Kelley White both had eight.
Amanda Price had 35 assists and Brianna Hallock and
Katherine Moeller had 12 and 10 digs, respectively.
When the Dutchwomen faced RIT, the senior trio of Wyman, White and
Lauren Woods all had double-digit kills, with 19, 12 and 11, respectively. Price racked in another high-assist game tallying 50 and Moeller added 28 digs on the match.
Union continues conference play tomorrow as they take on Vassar and Bard at Bard College at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
