SCHENECTADY, NY—The Union College women's soccer team dropped a 3-2 decision to No. 23 RIT  on Saturday afternoon.
Caitlyn Daly from RIT scored in the first seven minutes to put the Tigers up 1-0. Both goalies prevented either team from scoring the rest of the first half.
Following the half, Union came out quick as
Julia Kipp headed a corner from
Jessica Farland into the back of the box. The Tigers followed that up six minutes later with a goal from Monique Polanco. Less than five minutes after that Union tied it up with
Christine Hill goal off another Farland corner.
With 11 minutes left in the second half, RIT's Danielle Losquadro took a high kick and placed it behind the goalie to take a 3-2 lead and win the game.
The Dutchwomen go on the road as they take Vassar to close out their regular season on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 3 p.m.
