HARTWICK, N.Y.-  The Union College volleyball team went 2-0 at the Hartwick Invitational. Rachel Wyman was named Tournament MVP and Amanda Price was also placed on the All-Tournament Team.

Dutchwomen defeated Elmira 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-18), Wyman led the team with 10 kills for the third consecutive game in a row and Price with 30 assists. Libero Katherine Moeller had 20 digs. As a team they tallied 35 kills and 14 blocks.

The "U" was victorious over Nazareth 3-1 (25-10, 25-20, 23-25, 25-20), with four players having more than 10 kills. Wyman continued her double-digit kills with 15, followed by Kelley White with 15 as well. Lauren Woods and Emma Sprotbery both accumulated 10 kills. Price had 51 assists and Moeller had 18 digs.

Union returns home for a quad tournament and senior day on Oct. 9 and Oct. 10 at Viniar Athletic Center.
