PURCHASE, NY—The Union College men's basketball team led the Valiants 43-42 at the half, but fell 96-88 to Manhattanville College on Tuesday evening.
William Hython led with way with 25 points and seven rebounds going 11-for-18 from the floor and 2-for-3 in three-pointers, while Ryan Whepley led team with 12 rebounds and seven points.
Deshon Burgess posted 20 points and
Wade McNamara tallied six points and five rebounds.
For Manhattanville, Juan Camacho led the team with a double-double of 33 points and 11 rebounds, he also shot 13-for-19 from the floor and went 2-for-3 in threes. Anthony Maestre and Alex Tuci tallied 22 and 14 points, respectively.
The Dutchmen have the next 11 days off, before hosting the Sig Makofski Invitational with Westfield State and Wesleyan University on November 28 and 29, respectively.
