SCHENECTADY, NY - The Union College men's soccer team fell at the hands of St. Lawrence Saturday afternoon at College Park.

The Saints opened the scoring in the sixth minute when they were fouled in the box. Noah Bunton stepped up and slotted one past Jonathan Graziosi. In the 33rd minute, Tapshak Augustine put St. Lawrence 2-0 after firing one from outside of the 18 yard box. This put the Saints up by a pair of goals at halftime.

Union would quickly answer in the second half as Vincent Oliveto flicked one into the goal off of a cross from Mike Kaye in the 50th minute. Oliveto squeezed between the two centerbacks as the slightest touch did the job to make it 2-1.

The game remained close through much of the second half. The Dutchmen, chasing the equalizing goal in the final minutes, got opened up at the back. St. Lawrence slipped in behind and added the final two goals of the game in the 89th and 90th minute.

Union is back on the pitch tomorrow as it takes on Clarkson. It is senior day for the Dutchmen as kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
