Dutchmen Fall Late At Hobart 1-0

GENEVA, N.Y. – Union College junior forward Salvador Lopez Jr. tallied a game-high four shots, but it was Liberty League rival Hobart defeating the Dutchmen, 1-0, Friday evening.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
  • After a scoreless opening half in which Union outshot the Statesmen 5-4, Hobart scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute to put the game out of reach.
  • Sophomore goalkeeper Trevor Krupp accounted for seven saves in net to keep his team close, which is his second-highest single game save tally in a Union uniform.

The Dutchmen return to action Saturday, Oct. 13, traveling to face #24/25 Ithaca in Liberty League competition at 2 p.m. (ET)
