The Union College Dutchmen head to St. Lawrence, this Saturday, Oct. 20, looking for their first Liberty League win of the season. Kickoff against the Saints is slated for 1 p.m. (ET).

Last Time Out
Union struggled in its Homecoming game against Ithaca as the Bombers won, 24-0, this past Saturday afternoon at Frank Bailey Field at Bertagna-Class of 1985 Stadium. Union was held to a season-low 143 yards passing and 42 yards rushing. Ithaca intercepted four Union passes. The Bombers had three sacks in the contest. Union's defense limited Ithaca to just 97 yards rushing.
Last Season vs St. Lawrence
The Dutchmen snapped a four-game losing streak to the Saints with a 30-6 victory in Schenectady on Oct. 7, 2017. Despite St. Lawrence scoring first in the contest, Union went on to score 30-unanswered points for its first Liberty League win of 2017. Union threw for 154 yards and rushed for 128 in the contest, while
Jonathan Schaible kicked three field goals in the game.

Union ranks 26th in the NCAA for total defense, as the Dutchmen's opponents average 275.8 yards per game. Union also ranks 34th in the NCAA for rushing defense, allowing only 88.3 rushing yards per game.

Wide receiver
Andre Ross Jr. earned three-straight Liberty League Rookie of the Week honors, twice been named to D3Football.com's National Team of the Week, and was lately named ECAC DIII North Rookie of the Month.
The Washington, D.C., native already has nine touchdowns on the season, with 41 total catches for 789 yards. Ross Jr. has recorded over 100 yards receiving in his first five games this season, and is ninth in the NCAA in receiving yards per game, averaging 131.5. He is also eighth in the nation for total receiving yards.
