GENEVA, NY – The Union College women's lacrosse team to No. 16-ranked William Smith, 10-4, in Liberty League play on Saturday afternoon.

Four different Dutchwomen scored against the Herons, while Cailin Pandolfi led the team with two points from one goal and one assist.

William Smith took the lead in the opening minutes with a goal from Sadie Mapstone, but Union's Ramsey Walsh tied the game up at 1-1 with just over 12 minutes remaining in the first half. Unfortunately, the Herons would go on to score four straight to close out the half with a 5-1 lead.

The Dutchwomen scored the first goal of the second half, coming off the stick of Emma Lowrey, but Williams Smith would score five more times before the end of regulation ending any Union hopes of a comeback.
