ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Union College women's soccer team closed out the 2022 soccer season against the Tigers of RIT. The Tigers blanked Union 4-0 from Tiger Stadium on Saturday afternoon in the Liberty League season finale.

Rachel Berliner shared time in net. Mitty made three four saves on seven shots and Berliner stopped three shots on four chances in the effort for Union.
The Tigers found the back of the net early in the first half. They grabbed the lead just three minutes into the game and RIT never looked back. The Tigers scored two more times in the half, to extended their lead to 3-0 by halftime.
Union was out shot 9-1 in the half and only managed two shots on goal for the game.
In the second half, RIT scored their fourth goal from the penalty spot. Union would fall 4-0 in the game. Union was out shot 17-4 in the game.
This game calls for the end of the 2022 season for the Union College women's soccer team, who was unable to qualify for the Liberty League Tournament.
