HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Union College women's hockey traveled to Colgate University to take on the #8 Raiders, Friday evening at Class of 1965 Arena. Union lost to Colgate 8-0.
In the first period, Colgate tallied twice in matter of minutes to jump out to a 2-0 lead in the first. Following a successful penalty kill by the Dutchwomen, a two on one with junior

Meredith Killian had a great chance, but net minder Hannah Murphy made a nice leg save to keep the lead at two.
Colgate scored five times in the second period and once more in the third period to win 8-0.

Sophie Matsoukas and sophomore
Hope Crisafi split time in the net. Matsoukas made 20 saves and Crisafi stopped 27 pucks in the effort.
The Dutchwomen will look to rebound as they face off against Cornell at Lynah Rink in Ithaca, N.Y. on Saturday afternoon. Puck drop slated for 3 p.m.
