SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - Sophomore Kofi Sarfoh of the men's soccer team and senior Annabel Dobash of the women's cross country team have been named the Highmark Student-Athletes of the Week for the week ending Sunday, November 1.

Sarfoh played a big role in helping Union deal #4 St. Lawrence its first loss of the season with a 3-0 victory on Saturday, scoring once and adding an assist for three points. The sophomore scored from the penalty spot in the 14th minute for his 10th goal of the season, tying him for tops by a conference player this season and the most by a Union men's player since 2019, and also assisted on an insurance goal in the second half as well.

Dobash earned All-Liberty League honorable mention by placing 16th out of 101 runners at the Liberty League Championships, earning her first career All-Conference honor and making her just the third different Union runner to earn All-League laurels, joining Cat Dacey '25 (three times) and Sarah Tardiff '10. The senior had a very steady race after moving into 16th place at the end of the first mile, clocking in 15th at each of the next four checkpoints before finishing 16th in 23:27.8.
