At Union: Also runs on the Union indoor and outdoor track and field teams.
2019: Ran in all eight races as a junior … finished second on the team with a season-best 8K time of 28:57.2 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (11/16) … finished the 5K in a career-best Hamilton Tune-Up (10/26) … started the year with a time of 23:24.2 at the 6K SUNY Poly Short Course Invite (8/31).
2018: Ran all six races for Union as a sophomore … took 77th with a career-best 8K time of 28:02.7 at the Liberty League Championships (10/27) … ran the 6K in 23:19.8 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/8).
High School: Graduated from Agawam High School in 2017...was a member of National Honor Society and an Opus Bono Historiae...captained the cross country and indoor/outdoor track and field teams...awarded the US Marine Corps Athletic Excellence Award...earned All-League honors in track and cross country.
