Biography

Marotti ended his career with 8,525 passing yards, breaking the career record held by Ben Gilbert (8,208, 1998-2001). In his final game, an NCAA playoff game at St. John Fisher, he had 59 pass attempts to break a 41-year old school record (held by Tom Hitchcock, who had 56 on October 2, 1965). Marotti finished with eight career 300 yard passing games. He tossed for 2,155 yards and 12 TDs in the 2006 season. He had a career best 102 rushing yards in the 2006 season. In 2005, Marotti passed for 3,095 total yards on the season, and was a Liberty League Second Team All-Star.
