Honors and Awards:
- All-Liberty League East Second Team – 4x400 Meter Relay (2021)
- All-Liberty League East Honorable Mention – 800 Meters (2021)

At Union: Also a member of the cross country team at Union during the fall ... part of the National Science Foundation Scholars Program ... Union Scholars Program.

2023 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets this season as a senior…Competed in the 800m and 1500m… Set a the school record in the 4x800m relay at the AARTFC (5/18) and earned a second place finish…Set a new personal best in the 1500m with a 4:18.23 at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1)…Ran a season best 1:59.55 in the 800m at the Liberty League Championships (5/5-6).

2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in all nine meets this season…Competed in the 800m, mile, and 3000m…Ran a  season best 9:51.03 at the Springfield College Home Opener (12/3)…Raced to a 4;31.40 finish in the mile at the Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20-21)…Ran a personal best 1:57.33 in the 800m at the David Hemery Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/10-11) before also being apart of the DMR at the broke the school record with a  10:17.63…Raced at the AARTFC in the DMR that came in second.

2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in all six meets for Union…Broke 2 minutes in the 800m dash at the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) and finished in fifth place...ran a leg on the 4x800m relay team that finished in third place at the AARTFC (5/19).

2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in nine meets in the indoor season…Ran a 1:26.88 in the 600m at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/12) and finished in fourth…Ran a 2:00.06 season best in the 800m at the Liberty League Championship (2/25)

2020-21 Outdoor: Appeared in all eight meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … earned the team's Most Improved Award ... posted the team’s top 800 time of the year at the Liberty League East Championships (5/8), finishing in 1:59.36.

2019-20 Indoor: Appeared in all 11 meets during the indoor season, focusing primarily on the 800 and relays … posted his best 800 time of the season at the Middlebury Winter Classic (1/11), finishing in 2:12.08 … ran the mile in a season-best 4:32.30 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/15).

High School: A 2019 graduate of Hanover High School ... played four years of soccer and two years of lacrosse for the Marauders ... received the John W Cogswell Memorial Community Service Award in 2018.
