2021: Appeared in six meets this season for Union…Ran a 15:17.2 at the Vassar Season Starter 4k (9/1) and placed 43rd…ran at Keene State Invitational (10/2) 8k with a time of 28:49.5 and placed 61st…placed 85th at the Liberty League Championship (10/30) with a time of 29:37.5
2019: Appeared in seven of the team’s eight races in his first season with the team … ran the 6K in 26:03.8 in his Dutchman debut at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invite (8/31) … his best 8K time of the year came in 32:15.4 at the Liberty League Championships (11/2) … ran the 5K in a season-best 19:16.5 at the Hamilton Tune-Up (10/26).
2018: Did not run cross country for Union as a freshman.
