2021-22: Appeared in all six meets this season for Union…His top finish came at the Hamilton Invite (4/2) with a first-place win in the 200m dash. Fox had three second place finished in the 400m this season including anew top time for the senior at the Liberty League Championship (5/7) when he ran a sub 50, 49.82…ran a new PR in the 100m dash and 200m dash at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) with a 11.26 and 22.46...competed at the AARTFC (5/19) running in the 400m (51.28) and the 200m dash (22.57).

2021-22: Appeared in all 10 meets in indoor including the AARTFC…Placed first in the 300m with a 36.07 at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/12)…Placed first in the 200m at Middlebury Winterfell (1/22) with a 22.80…Finished in second place in the 400m at the Liberty League Championship (2/26)…ran the 400m at the AARTFC and placed 17^th in the region.

2020-21: Appeared in six meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … posted the team’s top times in the 100, 200 and 400 dashes … ran the 400 in a career-best 50.32 seconds at Middlebury (5/1) … his best 200 time of the year was a wind-aided 22.62 seconds at St. Lawrence (4/24).

2019-20: Appeared in eight meets during the indoor season … finished the year with the team’s top 60, 200 and 400 times … posted his best long jump of the year with a mark of 6.41 meters (21’0.5) at the Pioneer Winter Classic (12/13) … finished the 60 in 7.17 seconds at the Blue and Orange Invitational (2/9) … posted a 200 time of 22.81 seconds at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/14).

2018-19: Made six appearances during the outdoor season … ran his fastest 100 and 200 times in his Union debut at the Hamilton Invitational (4/6), finishing in 11.88 and 24.21, respectively … posted his top 400 time and long jump at the Capital District Classic (4/27), finishing the 400 in 53.40 and leaping 5.90m … took part in the 4x400 relay that placed seventh in 3:29.11 at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships (5/4).

High School: A 2018 graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School ... played four years of soccer and also ran track for the Warriors ... was named the track team's Rookie of the Year a a freshman.
