Honors and Awards:
- CSC Academic All-District First Team (2023)
- Liberty League All-Academic Team (2022, 2023, 2024)

2024: Ran in seven of Union’s eight team races as a senior … recorded the best 8K time of his career with a time of 26:44.4 at the Connecticut College Invitational (10/19) … ran the 6K in a career-best 20:57.0 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/14), placing 23rd overall … scored for Union at both the Liberty League Championships (11/2) and NCAA Mideast Regionals (11/16).

2023: Appeared in six meets in junior season … finished in 12th at Trinity (Conn.) Invitational (9/9) in first collegiate 5k, posting a 17:31.4 … clocked a career-best 27:27.8 in the 8k in his next race at the RPI Harvest Classic (9/16).

2022: Appeared in four meets this season for Union … top finish came at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1) where he finished in 35th place overall … ran a personal best 8k of 27:53.9 at the Siena XC Invitational (9/10).

2021: Appeared in all six of the meets this season … earned the Coaches' Award ... ran a 29:22.9 5k at the Plattsburgh XC Invite (9/5) placing 63rd ... finished in 54th at Keene State Invitational (10/2) with a time of 28:33.9.

Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Columbia High School … ran four years of cross country and track and played one year of tennis for the Blue Devils … team did not lose a cross country or track meet during his senior year … helped the indoor team to three straight Section 2 titles … a National Honor Society student and summa cum laude graduate.
