Biography
I chose Union for the strong academics in the STEM majors while also providing a well-rounded education. I am also able to be in a great learning environment and get the most out of my academics while also participating in cross country and track.

2023 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets this season…Competed in the 1500m and the 5000m…Ran a season best 4:25.36 in the 1500m t the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28)….Clocked a personal best 17:47.05 in the 5000m at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/14).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in three meets this season…Competed in the mile and ran a season best 4:57.27 at the Utica Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/4).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets for Union…Ran a season best 4:27.82 in the 1500m RPI Capital District Classic (4/30)…Ran a best 5000m at the Silfen Invitational (4/15-16) with a 18:09.82…Top finish of the season came at the Middlebury Invite (4/23) where he finished in 11
th in the 1500m.
2021-22 Indoor: Ran in six meets this season…Ran a season best 5:03.77 in the mile at the West Point Tune Up (2/19)…Raced to a 10:33.64 finish in the 3000m which was a season best for him at the RIT February Invite (2/11)
High School: A 2021 graduate of Dexter Southfield High School ... a four-year member of the cross country team.
