2010
Sarah led the Dutchwomen as a tri-captain this season...Rios had a 2.00 goals against average in the 2010 season, playing 1223 mintes in goal... She posted a .787 save percentage and a 9-8 record, startin 17 games while making 129 saves... Rios was tied for second in the league in saves, fourth in goals against average. and tied for third in shutouts...Named to the Liberty League Second team... Sarah enters 2010 ranked 21st among active NCAA Division III players in career goals against average (1.48) and her save percentage career mark of .801 is ranked 12th in Division III.

2009
Sarah played every minute in the Union nets...She had a 10-8 record with a 1.59 goals against average and a save percentage of .824 in all 18 games.

2008
Sarah appeared in 9 games for the Dutchwomen with a goals against average of 1.37.  She also improved her record to 3-0.

2007
Sarah had a 1.49 goals against averaged and 2-0 record in her first year at Union. 

Prior to Union
A 2007 graduate of Glens Falls High School who graduated with honors, she was a two-time First Team Post Star All-Star and was named a Times Union First Team All-Star and a First Team Foothills All-Star...Sarah helped her team to the Class B Finals in 2006.
