Union College Athletics

2012-2013:  Participated in three relays in which the 200-yard freestyle placed second with Janine splitting a time of 27.60 at the Union Relays (Oct. 27). Janine swam in the 400-yard freestlye relay, helping the team place second against Hartwick College and Springfield College with a time of 3:55.17 (Jan. 5.) Placed fourth in her individual event of the 50-yard freestyle, and helped the women's 200-yard freestyle relay team earn first with a time of 1:43.78, and the women's 200-yard medley relay team place second splitting at 1:38.32...Was part of the quartet that placed second in the 400-yard medley relay with a time of 4:14.96 in a loss against Hamilton (Jan. 26). In the Dutchwomens Senior Meet against Ithaca College Cerutti swam the 200 free in a time of 2:08:12, 50 free in a time of 26.53 and the was apart of the 200 freestyle relay that placed second overall (Feb 2)....Janine completed in the 50 free going a time of 25:61, the 200 free going 2:04:35 and in the 100 free going 57:27.  Cerutti was also apart of the 200 freestyle relay that placed 6th overall at the UNYSCS Championship Meet at Ithaca college (Feb. 20-23)

Prior to Union: Captined her high school team in her senior year at Northfield Mount Hermon School.
