Named the Robert M. Ridings Memorial Award recipient for Union's outstanding senior female student-athlete...Liberty League Outdoor Track Performer of the Year ... Union College Senior Female Athlete of the Year ... CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team.

2015: Named the Liberty League Indoor Track Performer of the Year...Union's Sophomore Scholar Athlete of the Year...She was selected as LL Track Performer of the Week once and earned four Honor Roll selections this season. At the Liberty League Championships, she was named First-Team All-League in the 400m dash and earned Second-Team honors in the 200m dash. Bechu broke the school record in the 400m at the ECAC Championships with a time of 56.89 in a second place finish. At the NCAA Indoor Championships, the sophomore came in 12th place in the 400m dash after running a 58.24 in the 400m event. Over the course of the season, the Carmel, NY native had five top 2 finishes in the 400m including coming in first place three times. While competing in the 200m event, she had four top 3 finishes with one first place showing. On the year, her fastest 200m time was 26.56...During the outdoor season, she finished 15th at the NCAA Championships (5/22) in the 400m dash...she was second in the 400m dash at both the NYSCTC Championships (5/2) and ECAC Championships (5/15) and was third at the Liberty League Championships (4/18)...best 400 time of the season was 56.16 at NYSCTCs...named to LL Honor Roll three times...named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team.

2014: Named Co-Rookie of the Year for the Liberty League Indoor Season...Set a personal record in the 60M run with a time of 8.58 at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (1/25)...Set a personal record in the 200M run with a time of 26.02 at the 2014 NYSCTC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/28 & 3/1). Bechu finished 4th in the event...Finished 1st in the 200m runs at RIT Invitational (1/18), Hamilton College Continental Invitational (1/25) and the Gordon Kelly Invitational (2/8) with times of 27.07, 26.65 and 26.64 respectively...Named LL Rookie of the Week (4/29) after claiming three top-two finishes at the Capital District Classic...Set school records in the 100m (12.72) and 200m dash (25.64) at the Liberty League Championships (4/19).

Prior to Union:
Broke the school record at North Salem in the following events: 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, 4x200m, 4x400m, and Sprint Medley. Noemie was a Division II NY State Champion in the 200m in 2013, a Westchester County champ in the 300m in 2013, a League champ in the 300m and 400m in 2012 and the 200m, 300m, and 400m in 2013
