I. Membership
You must be a Union College undergraduate student, a member of the Union College faculty/staff or dependent, or a Union College alumnus with a membership pass. Alumni, spouse/domestic partners and faculty/staff dependents must abide by the College's visitor policy. Please contact Christie Garth (garthc@union.edu) with any questions or for more information.

A. Spouse/Domestic Partner or Dependent of Employee
- Employees may receive a recreation card for their spouse/domestic partner, which will admit them and children of the employee. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by the card holder at all times. A dependent between the ages of 16-22 may obtain their own recreation card.
- There is a one-time card fee of $20 for a spouse/domestic partner or dependent card.
- After an ID number has been assigned by Athletics, new cardholders should pay for and pick up their recreation card at the Traffic Desk in College Park Hall.

B. Alumni MembershipÂ
- $250: Alumni with membership dues to be paid annually in January Â
- $450:Â Alumni - spouse/domestic partner option - each individual will receive their own card

Any individuals who are at increased risk for severe complications related to COVID-19 or who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to mask and distance.

II. Guests
Students/Faculty/Staff may sponsor members of their immediate family and one member outside of their immediate family per visit at no charge. Additional guest(s) outside their immediate family are subject to a $5.00 guest charge. Alumni may sponsor a guest at a cost of $5.00. All guests along with their sponsor must complete a liability waiver.

III. Entering the Venue
In order to access any building, a valid Union ID card is required. ID cards are non-transferable. Alumni cards will be renewed annually once membership dues are paid in January of the calendar year.

IV. Security Â
Secure your valuables at all times! The Athletic Department is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen personal items. Overnight lockers can be reserved for the academic year by contacting Mike Polsinelli (polsinem@union.edu).

V. Equipment Â
Groups and organizations may reserve equipment for special events by calling x8348.
