2015 Summer Sport Camp Dates & Instructions to Register

1.) On Line Registration, Payment and Information
Click on the name of the camp of interest below for information, on-line registration and payment page. Follow directions to create an account if new user.

Note: You will see a charge from UniversityTickets on your credit card statement.

2.) Medical Authorization Form
A Medical Authorization Form (click here to download form) and copy of current immunization record is required for participation.
If registering for more than one sport camp, a Medical Authorization Form and Immunization record must be submitted to each individual camp coach as they are all run independently.

Union College offers various youth sport clinics throughout the year. To register for these clinics, please fill out and submit the required forms listed below:

(2) Medical Authorization Form.
