Eastern Connecticut Tops SUNY-Cobleskill 113-63

SCHENECTADY, NY - Eastern Connecticut State University jumped out to an early lead that grew to a 68-21 halftime advantage.

The Warriors made five three pointers within the first six minutes of play to grab a 25-7 lead. Guard Tarchee Brown netted three during the opening game run. He would finish the half 5-of-5 from being the arc totaling 23 points in total.

Eastern Connecticut would finish the first shooting 10-of-13 (76.9%) from three point range. In total, the Warriors would shoot 26-of-37 (70.3%) from the field as all but one player on the floor shot lower than 50 percent from the field.

They would add 45 more points in the second half en route to a 113-63 victory over the Fighting Tigers. Five Warriors finished in double figures while SUNY-Cobleskill's Christian Cooper lead the team with 15 points on 7-of-11 shooting while also tying for a team high two steals.
