Biography

2010-11: During this season, Lambert ran the 55m dash, 55m hurdles, 200m dash, 4x200 relay and the 4x400 relay. In the 55 m dash his best time was 6.77 placing 3rd at the Continental Invitational on January 22... In hurdles his best was 7.96 placing 16th out of 27 at the ECAC's on March 5... His best 200 was at the NYSCTC'S on February 26 placing 7th with a time of 23:41... The 4x200 relay teams' best time was 1:31.58 placing 10th out of 25 at the ECAC's on March 5. The 4x400 relay teams' best time was 3:29.04 placing 5th at the NYSCTC's on February 26.
