I chose Union because of the amazing academics and research opportunities as well as the close-knit and competitive nature of the field hockey team.
Prior to Union: A 2026 graduate of Walt Whitman High School … played four years of field hockey and two years of lacrosse for the Wildcats … earned team MVP honors and named an All-County selection as both a junior and senior … a three-time All-County selection overall … twice recognized on Newsday’s Top 50 Field Hockey players list … helped the team to three straight county quarterfinal appearances … an AP Scholar with Distinction … member of the National Honor Society, World Language Honor Society, English Honor Society, Science Honor Society, and Social Studies Honor Society.
