2010
Winchell started all 18 games in her sophomore season, excelling at the midfield position... She led the team with 1,050 minutes played, and had four goals and three assists for 11 points...Lauren also took a team high 102 corners, and had 43 shots, with 25 on net...Also scored a game winning goal...Named to Liberty League Honorable Mention squad.

2009
In her first season with the Dutchwomen, Lauren started all 18 games...She had five goals, second most on the team, and 35 shots...77% of her shots were on net...Lauren scored two game-winnng goals.

Prior to Union
A graduate from Glens Falls High School, Lauren was a state finalist for field hockey in 2006 and received All-State recognition in the 2007 and 2008 seasons.
