Terence Sino finished his first season as the Run Game Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach for the Union College football team in 2024. Sino also serves as the Recruiting Coordinator for the football program.
In his first season at Union, both running back Michael Fiore and lineman Nick Olivola earned All-Liberty League recognition.
Sino came to Union with six years of coaching and recruiting experience at the Division I level, including the the last four years at Wagner College. He coached the offensive line and tight ends during his time on Staten Island, while also serving as Recruiting Coordinator for two seasons and earning the title of Assistant Head Coach during his final year with the team. He previously spent two seasons at Long Island University, serving as an offensive assistant and Recruiting Coordinator for the Sharks.
Sino graduated from Colgate University in 2017 and was a four-year member of the offensive line for the Raiders. He earned a master's of business administration from Wagner in 2022.
