2023: Appeared in seven meets in his senior cross country season … began season with a personal-best 13:40.2 mark in the 4k at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1), over 23 seconds better than the time he posted in the race in 2022 … finished top-20 for first time in cross country with an 18:00.1 time at the Trinity (Conn.) Invitational (9/9), good for 19th … improved on 8k time in each of final three meets of the season, which included a 60th place finish at the Liberty League Championships (10/28) and 98th placing at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (11/11).

2022: Appeared in seven meets this season for Union as a team captain … secured a top-20 finish at the Aldrich Invitational (9/17) finishing 18th … ran a personal best 27:12.0 at the Connecticut College Invitational (10/15) and finished in 20th … competed at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Cross Country Championships (11/12) and ran a 30:32.6.

2021: Appeared in all seven races this season for Union … started the season with a 14:21 and a 28th place finish at the Vassar Season Starter 4k (9/1) … raced to a 34th place finish for a season-best 27:41.8 at the Keene State Invitational 8k (10/2) … ran a 29:05.4 at the Liberty League Championships (10/30).

2019: Joined the cross country team late in the year and ran in two races as a freshman … ran the 5K in 18:05.2 at the Hamilton Tune-Up (10/26) … finished the 8K in 31:27.0 at the Liberty League Championships (11/2).

High School: A 2019 graduate of Hanover High School ... played four years of soccer and two years of lacrosse for the Marauders ... received the John W Cogswell Memorial Community Service Award in 2018.
