Union College Athletics

At Union: Member of the Ski/Snowboard Club and the Golf Club.

2023: Made seven appearances for Union this fall … began the season with back-to-back top-five finishes and setting personal-bests in the 4k, 5k, and 8k … his 12:36.7 time at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1) was over 40 seconds better than his time a year ago … followed that with a 16:57.2 in the 5k at the Trinity (Conn.) Invitational (9/9) and a 25:39.2 in the 8k at the RPI Harvest Classic (9/16) … finished 26th at the distinguished Paul Short Run (9/30) … placed 30th at the Liberty League Championships (10/28) and 45th at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (11/11).

2022: Appeared and competed in all eight meets for Union in his junior season … his top finish at the Aldrich Invitational (9/17) where he finished the race in fifth place and ran a 20:17.5 …. ran a personal best 26:36.2 8k at the James Earley Invitational (10/8) … competed at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Cross Country Championships (11/12) and placed top-50 with a 27:35.

2021: Appeared in all seven races for the Dutchmen this season … ran a team best 13:29.2 at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1) 4k … ran his season best 26:37 and finished in 13th place at the Keene State Invitational (10/2) 8k.

High School: A 2020 graduate of Westford Academy … ran four years of cross country and two years of indoor track for the Grey Ghosts and also played three years of baseball.
