2023: Appeared in five meets for Union … opened season with a top-40 finish at the RPI Harvest Classic (9/16) with a 26:02.4 time … best finish was 21st at the Liberty League Cross Country Championships (10/28) where he ran a 25:52.8 race … concluded season with the best time of his career, completing the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Cross-Country Championships (11/11) in 25:31.6.

2022: Appeared in seven of the eight meets in his junior season for the Dutchmen … earned the team's Most Improved Award and Team MVP Award ... top finish was 11th place at the Connecticut College Invitational (10/15) where he ran a 26:37.2 … ran his fastest 8k at the James Earley Invitational with a 26:25.2 … placed 63rd overall at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Cross-Country Championships (11/12).

2021: Appeared in six of the seven races for Union … placed 19th at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1) 4k with a time of 13:56.0 … hada season best 28:01.5 at the Keene State Invitational (10/2) with a top-40 finish.

High School: A 2020 graduate of Stowe High School … a four-year member of the cross country and alpine skiing teams and a three-year varsity baseball player for the Raiders … captained the cross country team for two years and the skiing and baseball teams for one year apiece … helped the cross country team to a Division III state title as a sophomore and a state runner-up finish as a junior.
