2019: Appeared in all eight races during his junior season … finished the 6K in a career-best 23:12.6 at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invite (8/31) … finished in a career-best 17:50.6 at the 5K Hamilton Tune-Up (10/26) … posted a season-best 8K time of 29:44.8 at the Liberty League Championships (11/2).
2018: Ran all six races for the Dutchmen as a junior … finished the 8K in a career-best 29:43.5 at the Liberty League Championships (10/27) … ran the 6K in a career-best 24:10.3 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/8).
High School: Graduated from Milton High School in 2016...Holds high school record in the 1000m...Bay State League All-Star ... 11th at states in the 800m, 2nd in the 1000m and 3rd in the 800m.
