Biography
I chose Union because I visited the campus and was really impressed. It also has everything I needed for my major and I felt like having the opportunity to run cross country was an added bonus. Ran in two races as a senior, taking part in the Vassar Season Starter (8/30) and the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/14).
2023: Made five appearances in junior campaign … shaved almost 23 seconds off personal-best 4k time with a 14:18.6 outing at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1) … 18:20.0 mark was good for 24th in first collegiate 5k at Trinity (Conn.) Invitational (9/9) … 23rd place finish was career-high in the 8k at the James Earley Invitational (10/7), when he paced all Union runners with a 28:40.0 time.
2022: Appeared in six meets this season for Union … top finish of the season came at the Aldrich Invitational (9/17) where he finished 27th … ran a personal best 28:31.0 at the James Earley Invitational (10/8) and finished in 86th overall.
2021: Raced in five meets this season … ran a 16:15.0 4k at the Vassar season starter (9/1) … finished 87th at the Plattsburgh XC Invite (9/5) with a time of 32:21.3 ... ran a season-best 30:20.6 at the Keene State Invitational (10/2) 8k and placed 97th
