2019: Appeared in all eight races as a senior … ran the 5K in a career-best 17:43.6 at the Hamilton Tune-Up (10/26) … finished the 8K in a season-best 29:49.9 at the Liberty League Championships (11/2).
2018: Ran in five races during his junior season … ran the 8K in a season-best 30:07.6 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle (10/13) … ran the 6K in 22:26.8 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/8).
High School: Member of 2015 Baldwinsville NYS Federation/Regionals Cross Country team ... placed sixth in 2016 Indoor State meet for Intersectional Relay (1000m) ... captained varsity outdoor track.
