2019: Appeared in seven of the team’s eight races in his first season with the team … ran the 6K in a career-best 24:09.1 at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invite (8/31) … posted the best 8K time of his career at the Liberty League Championships (11/2), finishing in 30:31.5 … finished in 18:20.3 at the 5K Hamilton Tune-Up (10/26).
2018: Ran in five of the team’s six races on the year … finished 64th with a career-best 6K time of 24:20.2 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/8) … posted a season-best 8K time at the Liberty League Championships (10/27), finishing in 31:08.4.
2017:Â Ran a personal best of 31:05 at the Highlander Invitational.
