At Union: A summer researcher with Professor Stehle in mechanical engineering.
2024: Ran in eight meets for Union as a senior … rewrote the school record books in his final year, posting the top-five 8K times in program history as well as the top 6K time … started the year by winning the Vassar Season Starter (8/30), finishing the 4K course in 12:25.1 … broke the school 6K record by placing second in 19:08.8 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/14) … took top honors again with a then-school-record 24:45.2 run at the Cardinal Invitational (9/21) … broke the program record for the second time with a 24:37.5 finish at the Connecticut College Invitational (10/19) … took sixth at the Liberty League Championships (11/2) and 10th at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (11/16) to qualify for the NCAA Championships … finished 52nd at the NCAA Championships (11/23) with a time of 24:53.5.
2023: Appeared in six meets for the Garnet Chargers in 2023 … finished top-two among all Union runners in all six races … began the season with back-to-back podium finishes, coming in third in the 4k at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1) with a 12:28.0 time and second in the 5k at the Trinity (Conn.) Invitational (9/9) with a 16:28.4 mark … posted another top-five finish with a fourth-place finish in the acclaimed Paul Short Run (9/30), a 25:49.0 time in the 8k … finished 13th at the Liberty League Championships (10/28) and registered a 25:14.6 clocking at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (11/11), a time good for 31st of the field and a personal best wearing Union colors.
2022: Attended UAlbany as a sophomore, running cross country and outdoor track for the Great Danes ... ran his best 8K of the year with a time of 25:01.8 at the Paul Short Invitational (9/30).
2021: Appeared in six of the seven races for Union in his first season … ran a season best 26:27.5 at the Keene State Invitational (10/2) where he placed eighth overall in an 8k … placed 34th in his collegiate debut with a time of 27:44 at the Siena Invite (9/11) … finished 32nd
overall at the Liberty League Championship (10/30) with a time of 27:20.
