2025: Ran in six of the team’s seven races as a senior and was a top-five scorer in five of them, including four top-three slots among Garnet Chargers … posted a career-best 6K time by finishing in 20:49.0 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/13) … his best 8K time of the season came in 26:33.5 at the Cardinal Invitational (9/20) … ran the 4K in 13:03.7 at the Vassar Season Starter (8/29).

2024: Ran at seven of Union’s eight team meets as a junior … posted a season-best 8K time at the Liberty League Championships (11/2), placing third among Garnet Chargers with a time of 26:40.5 … also scored for Union at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (11/16).

2023: Appeared in seven meets for Union as a sophomore … trimmed 33 seconds off last year’s 4k time at the Vassar Season Starter to begin 2023, coming in 24th in 13:09.4 to kick off the season in Poughkeepsie (9/1) … achieved first collegiate cross country top-10 with a ninth place finish at the Trinity (Conn.) Invitational (9/9), crossing the line in 17:18.0 … set 8k best with a 26:31.0 time at the RPI Harvest Classic (9/16), good for 47th, the best 8k finish of his career … finished the Liberty League Championships (10/28) 50th, fifth amongst Garnet Chargers runners.

2022: Appeared in all eight meets this season for Union in his first season ... made his collegiate debut at the Vassar Season Starter (9/1) with a 13:42.5 … top finish came at the Aldrich Invitational (9/17) where he finish in 19th place clocking a 21:08.5 … ran a collegiate best 28:09.4 8k at the James Earley Invitational (10/8) … competed at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Cross Country Championships (11/12) with a 30:19.

Prior to Union: A 2022 graduate of Londonderry High School ... ran four years of cross country and track and field ... Was a three time qualifier for the New England Championship in XC during the 2019, 2020, 2021 seasons ... Finished in the top 10 in 2019 ... a member of the National Honors Society and a third degree Black Belt.
