Union College Athletics

I chose Union because the school offered me the ability to engage in a rigorous academic program in the area of study I am most passionate about and the opportunity to take advantage of many interesting extra-curricular activities offered, all on top of being a member of the baseball team.

2025: The senior reliever appeared in 14 games this year (third most on team), registering a team-leading six saves and 30 strikeouts in just 18.2 innings of work ... held opposing hitters to a .190 average ... allowed just one hit in his first 8.2 innings … struck out all four batters he faced to finish off a 3-2 win versus Russell Sage (3/16) … punched out 4-of-5 batters at Mount St. Mary (4/16) ... led the Liberty League in saves.

2024: Appeared 18 times on the rubber as a junior ... went 1-2 with a 2.86 ERA in 22.0 innings … recorded 38 strikeouts to place second on the team … held opponents to a team-low .214 batting average … struck out the side in his season debut against Old Westbury (3/3) ... had an incredibly rare four strikeouts in just one inning of work, needing just 14 pitches to close out a win over VTSU Castleton (4/17) ... went two innings against Skidmore (4/26), striking out four and only allowing one run ... tossed two scoreless innings to save the deciding third game of the Liberty League Crossover against RIT (5/5).

2023: Appeared in a team-leading 12 games as a reliever … went 2-1 with a 4.67 ERA and 26 strikeouts over 17.1 innings … held hitters to a .158 batting average against and only three extra-base hits …  struck out five in a season-best 3.0 innings of work to earn the win against Ithaca (4/16) … had five punchouts again in three innings versus Trinity (4/26) … struck out four of the seven batters he faced in two scoreless innings to pick up a victory over Skidmore (4/30).

2022: Made five appearances in relief as a first-year … struck out nine batters in five innings of work on the year … got all six outs via the strikeout in his longest stint of the season, a two-inning relief outing against Vassar (4/10).

High School: A 2020 graduate of St. John’s Prep … played four years of baseball as well as three years of cross country and two years of indoor track for the Eagles … a National Honor Society member.
