Graham Allison

Graham Allison will begin his first season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Union College men's lacrosse team in 2027.

Allison comes to Schenectady after playing his final two collegiate seasons at Division II Frostburg State University, serving as a two-year starter in the offensive midfield in 2025-26. He scored 15 goals with 11 assists for 26 points over his two seasons while also serving on the team's leadership council. He started his collegiate career at D-II Limestone University, playing two years for the 2023 South Athletic Conference champions and two-time NCAA Tournament participants. 

Allison also has coached lacrosse with the Adirondack MountainMen since 2019, working with the program led by former Union assistant coach Tucker Kear to mentor athletes on skill development, leadership, teamwork, and game and practice preparation. 

A native of Saratoga Springs, Allison graduated from Frostburg State in 2026 with a bachelor of science in parks and recreation.
